Robert Wells is now posted in the Hall of Fame at the airport. Meet Wells and Vocalettes in Arlanda's main tent on Skeppsbron in Stockholm, Sunday 6th of June at 14:00.

One of our summer guests has been awarded with the Anita O'Day scholarship. "Versatility, musicality and irresistible sense personifies LaGaylia Frazier's vocals. Among various styles of music, she also performs classic jazz melodies in a highly personal and compelling fashion."

The Board of the Jazz Museum Foundation has decided that the 2010 Anita O'Day Scholarship goes to LaGaylia Frazier. Congratulations from us all at Wells Music.

Robert participates in the Belarusian entry in the Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo, Norway. Along with the vocal group 3+2, Wells accompanies the song, Butterflies. Semi finals #1 on the 25th of May.

This weekend marked the ending of the church tour in northern Sweden, in Kiruna. Sofia Källgren and Robert have been playing with local choirs and bass player, Lasse Risberg. Follow the updates in the tour list for the summer concerts to come.

Tomorrow, the piano school will be presented for the first time, at a Swedish-China Chamber of Commerce event, visited by Chinese press representatives. We call it the School of Rhapsody, but in China, it is called KING OF PIANO. It is easier to pronounce. An Iphone app is currently being developed.

On Thursday 4th of February, Robert plays with the band in Tromso, Norway, for the annual Northern Lights Festival. On Friday, it's off to Beijing straight away. Robert is the first Scandinavian to have been invited to participate in the Spring Festival in China. It is the annual To broadcast, which monitors the Chinese New Year. More info to come.

The Norway tour is being diverted. The Saturday gig on the 6th of February will be moved back to the 4th of February, so that Robert will be able to participate in the Spring Festival in Beijing, China. It is a great TV show broadcast throughout Asia and also via satellite in other parts of the world. The tour in Norway continues as planned on 10th of February in Trondheim. Concerts 7-9 February will be postponed to a later date.

Ongoing tour this week: Winter Night Music with Sofia Källgren. Strängnäs, Karlsborg, Grangärde, Ljusdal, Härnösand and Bräcke. The sun is awaiting us next week; on the 16th of January, Rhapsody In Rock will be on stage in Hua Hin, Thailand. Robert will play with the entire orchestra, the Vocalettes, LaGaylia, Sofia Källgren and Jessica Andersson. More info on tour page.

On New Year's Eve, Robert participates in the live TV Awards in Guangzhou, China, along with 30 artists (including La Gaylia Frazier), broadcast on six TV channels simultaneously, and also CCTV9 via satellite.
